OUR STORY
It all started in 2011.
One hot summer day, our founder, Chrissy Liptrot, realized she was lactose-intolerant and could no longer enjoy most store bought or restaurant-baked desserts.
Sweet Lily's Vegan Bakery! is a 100% vegan Westchester-based bakery, serving all of Westchester County and the New York tri-state area.

Despondent, she turned to her cookbooks, desperately trying to figure out how she could possibly change her dairy-full recipes into dairy-free creations.
This is how it all began. For Goodness Cakes, NY! was born a short while later, and what was once a dairy-free hobby blossomed into an allergy-free bakery*. After a 5 year hiatus, we have now rebranded to Sweet Lily's Vegan Bakery!
